| A wheel tractor-scraper parked on an ex-SP abandoned spur. *This spur serviced Basso Distribution and a lumber yard, Im unsure what other, if any, businesses this spur serviced. None of the rails have been pulled and they go into heavy overgrowth, this spur dead ends at Pleasant Valley Rd and is directly behind the businesses on the west side of Dawson Dr between Pleasant Valley Rd and the Lewis Rd / CA-34 overpass. This end of the spur was abandoned years ago, but the other end which connects to the Union Pacific main line siding may still be used periodically to deliver lumber and park UP right-of-way equipment. |
